About me

Passionate about sports since I was young, my goal is to infect my clients with this passion for the world of Fitness.


I believe that the key lies in balance; combining strength training and cardiovascular exercise, being strong but healthy, working on mobility and flexibility, eating healthy but without the need to follow crazy diets.


Training should be about enjoyment, not suffering.

I think it is essential to adapt to the tastes and needs of each of my clients because we are all different and have distinct goals and motivations.


Always following the basic pillars of strength, power or speed, flexibility, and endurance, my training methodology always seeks maximum performance by combining the best old school techniques with the most innovative ones.
