Passionate about sports since I was a child, my goal is to infect my clients with this passion for the world of Fitness.


I think the key is balance; combining strength and cardiovascular exercise, being strong but healthy, working on mobility and elasticity, eating healthy but without the need to go on crazy diets.


Let training be for enjoyment and not for suffering.

I think it is essential to adapt to the tastes and needs of each of my clients because we are all different and have different objectives and motivations.


Always following the basic pillars of strength, power or speed, flexibility and resistance, my training methodology always seeks maximum performance by combining the best old school techniques with the most innovative ones.
